Face to Face Sessions delivered online by Zoom
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is most often delivered in face to face sessions where the client and therapist can see each other. We are currently offering these sessions online.
These appointments usually last 60 minutes and are a chance for you to learn ways to manage your own mental health and wellbeing.
These start with an assessment session where you are able to discuss your problems, how they are impacting your life and the explore your goals for attending therapy. At the beginning of treatment you will start to understand what is keeping your problem going and the changes your can make to your life to improve your mood. To give you the biggest quickest impact of therapy the appointments are usually weekly especially at the start of therapy.
We currently have availability for Zoom sessions and are experienced at online working.
