CBT Supervision Services
Are you looking for a BABCP Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with extensive experience of providing supervision to trainee and qualified CBT Therapists?
Clinicians practicing Cognitive Behavioural Therapy are required to have regular supervision with an appropriately qualified and experienced supervisor.
CBT Reflections can provide supervision with Helen Maharaj a BABCP Accredited Therapist. Helen has extensive supervision training with experience both in the NHS and in private settings.
It is important to me to stay up to date with the latest supervision methods. I have attended supervision training at
Royal Holloway, University of London
University College London (UCL)
Oxford Cognitive Therapy Centre with Helen Kennerley and Joy McGuire
Institute of Psychiatry with Professor Stirling Moorey
I have trained practitioners and supported trainee CBT therapists through IAPT and non-IAPT CBT postgraduate diploma courses. I am able to give feedback on session recordings using the CTS-R and mark case studies.
Supervision can be provided for professionals who fall into a number of different groups including but not limited to the following:
Qualified CBT Therapists in private practice.
Trainee CBT Therapists who require supervision to reach the number of hours needed to apply for BABCP Accreditation. This can include the marking of session recordings using the CTS-R for BABCP accreditation (charged separately).
CBT Therapists working in organisations without accredited therapists to supervise, such as private hospitals and specialist clinics. Invoices can be provided.
Flexible arrangements can be made including weekly, fortnightly, and monthly supervision. Supervision can be arranged over the telephone and via Skype.
